TYLER MORELLI | Candidate for Congregational Elder
As far as my ministry experience, I graduated from Bible West Coast Baptist College. After graduating, I started working at my dad’s church in MI as his assistant pastor. During these 5 years, I was able to learn many things as I served in the youth ministry, preached weekly, planned and coordinated many different events, as well as care for the spiritual needs of the individual members. The Lord prompted my wife and I to leave our position there in order to help us grow more independently and has brought us here to Parkway. We look forward to continuing to serve and utilize the gifts and experience that God has blessed us with.
For those that want to know me a little better; I enjoy golfing with my spare time. I am not good at it, but I love doing it. I also enjoy watching basketball and football. I cheer for UK Wildcats for college sports and for Pro sports I cheer for the Indianapolis Colts for football and Boston Celtics for basketball.
My name is Tyler Morelli and I am 30 years old I was saved at a very young age in a small church in Kentucky. At a church camp one summer when I was 10 I felt the Lord’s first calling on my life to preach. Throughout my teen years that calling and passion intensified and I dedicated my life to preach his Word. I met my wife when I was a kid in that church and now have been married for a little over 6 years. My wife and I have a 3 year old daughter named Evelyn with another little girl on the way in January. My wife and I moved from Michigan to FL in 2023 where we started attending Parkway. We joined the church shortly after and have been engaging in multiple ministries. .

I do feel the call of God in my life to be an elder/pastor. I have known this calling since I was young and felt God’s leading in my life as young man into my teenage years. I believe God has given certain spiritual gifts of teaching and exhortation as well as a passion to guide and disciple. As far as this particular position of eldership, I believe this is the door that God has opened for me and my family at this time in our lives. God has knit our hearts with the people of Parkway and has given me the desire to see this church grow.

I believe this is the role God has given to me to serve. I believe God has called me to be a pastor and I want to serve him in obedience. I also have a desire to serve the people of Parkway in whatever way I can. I have a passion to see others move forward on their spiritual journey. I want to help nurture an atmosphere of spiritual growth, Biblical unity, and protect sound doctrine within the body of Christ.

As a congregational elder this is not my full time job, but I do view this as a full time responsibility. While this is not my vocation, as mentioned in previous questions, this is my calling. That being said I understand that there are choices and boundaries that I will need to set up in my life in order to avoid burnout in my work life and family life. My goal is detailed calendar that will allow me to engage with the people of Parkway but also allow me time with my work and family.

This is a great question. I think this means first and foremost we must let the truth of God’s Word be the source of our words. It can’t be our interpretation, our standards, our impressions, or even our emotions. When we engage with people we must come to the with the Word because that is what carries the promise of not returning to God void. When we get ourselves out of the way, we make way for God to do his work. Now to answer the second part of the question, this does not guarantee that you can do this without being offensive. The gospel is offensive to the lost and degenerate heart. When sin is confronted with the holiness of God there is no way that cannot be offensive. What we want to make sure of is that only the “content” not our “conduct” is offensive. If someone is going to reject the gospel, we don’t want them to reject it because of our excess.

One of my spiritual gifts is in teaching. I have already been a part of the teaching in Parkway, but one area that I would love to get involved in would be teaching others to study the Bible and teach others as well. To develop “Berean” Christians in Parkway. Those that can search the Scriptures for themselves but can also know how to give it to others.

I served as an assistant pastor for 5 years in Michigan before my wife an I moved to FL. In that position, I taught teens and adults, I preached on a weekly basis, planned and coordinated many of our events, as well as spiritual care.
Harold Webb | Candidate for Deacon of Finances
My wife, Linda, and I began attending Parkway Church in 2022, and we have loved becoming part of this church family. We've enjoyed getting involved in serving at Parkway through the Media Team and the Safety and Response team. We are grateful for how God continues to grow our faith and deepen our relationships here.
Professionally, I bring more than two decades of experience in business and finance, including corporate accounting, academic administration, and leadership in both nonprofit and for-profit settings. Over the years, I've had the privilege of overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, leading teams, and helping organizations grow with integrity and financial accountability.
I have a deep passion for stewardship and believe that managing resources wisely is an important way to honor God and advance the gospel. My desire is to serve Parkway with transparency, wisdom, and faithfulness—helping ensure that every financial decision supports our mission to reach people with the love of Christ.
When I'm not working with various volunteer organizations, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Linda, our children, grandchildren, and in ministries at Parkway.
